B-PAD has developed an extensive catalogue of more than 20 probation-specificvideo testing scenarios to choose from when assembling a virtual entry level or promotional assessment center test.  Candidates are asked to respond to each test scenario as if they were the officer at the scene, requiring them to demonstrate their judgment and interpersonal skills while correctly addressing the problem or task presented.
