Based on a B-PAD Scale 3 cutoff score of 21.00.
Pearson chi-square analyses were based on comparisons of pass rates of minority vs. white applicants. Chi-square of .55, (p = .46) resulted from comparison of the group with the highest probability of selection (African-Americans) to the group with the lowest probability of selection (American Indians).
Significance level of the chi-square statistic for this group was determined by using Fisher's exact test due to the small sample size.
Note: Analysis of variance (ANOVA) yielded no differences in mean B-PAD scores based on ethnic group (F = 1.00, df = 4, p > .40).

Based on a B-PAD Scale 3 cutoff score of 21.00.
Pearson chi-square analysis was based on comparison of pass rates of female and male applicants. Comparison of mean scores reveals no difference in means (t = 1.67, df = 2,124, p > .09).
